When registering use the same email that you used in Paypal after signing up. Also, when clicking on the button related to the support you chose down below, use the email as the username then have a password reset sent to your email, so that you can reset it to one you want to use, it just has to fit the password requirements. Then after this ONE TIME registration you can just send any questions to tech support using your name and email address in the support emails to [email protected]
